The ultimate fabric for intense sun environments.

Sunbrella's unique construction process provides protection, and years of service, in intense sun areas, like Arizona and other areas of the sun-belt, where UV rays will rapidly degrade the paint and interior. Because of the use of acrylic fibers, which are naturally UV resistant, Sunbrella has long been the recognized leader in long-wearing marine fabrics for bimni tops, sail covers and deck enclosures. Besides marine uses, Sunbrella is also used for commercial awnings due to it's ability in providing UV blockage with a rich, woven finish. The acrylic fibers are solution dyed, before the fabric is woven, to assure the color goes all the way through the fabric. Using a special finish process, the material is then softened for use as a car cover fabric. The fabric is exceptionally strong and coupled with UV resistance that makes an excellent cover for RV's and trailers that spends extended time stored outside. Made in USA!

Sunbrella Features:

Long Lasting Strength: Acrylic fibers suffer minimal loss of strength from exposure to heat, moisture and UV.

Fade Resistant: Colors are a result of pigments which are actually built into the fibers (solution dyed), instead of just dying the finished fabric.

Water Resistant: Treated for moisture resistance (but remember, this material is primarily for UV protection).

Rot, Mildew Resistant: Acrylic fibers resist growth that occurs in moist environments.

Material Colors Available: Pacific Blue, Cadet Gray, Toast.

Warranty: A five (5) year manufacture warranty comes with cover.

Reflective Welting Option (Custom Covers Only): This new custom cover option provides nighttime safety, vision and makes a cover look cool in the dark. Reflective Welting (piping) uses 500 candle-power to glow in the darkness of your garage and is sewn into both silhouette side seems that goes the full length from the front to the rear of the whole cover. (prices vary by cover size)		Custom Cover Embroidery (Custom Covers Only): Custom covers can be personalized with embroidered initials, monograms or lettering. Letters are 2¼" tall with approximately seven (7) characters per line. Only three (3) embroidery lines are permitted. Thread color can be changed for each line, but cannot be changed in the middle of a line. Available thread colors: Black, Royal Blue, Gray, White and Red.

Deluxe Cable & Lock Kit (Use For All Covers): Works on any brand of cover. Kit includes vinyl-coated steel cable, padlock, non-scratch plastic snap-together grommets and iron-on reinforcing patches.		Car Cover Storage Bag (Use For All Covers): Polycotton duffel bag with drawstring helps keep cover neat and clean when not in use. Can be used with any style cover. (specify cover material and color).
